Privacy Policy

Last Revised:

General

The operator of whosmalikx.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) establishes this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) to set out how information is handled on whosmalikx.com and its subdomains, including lcna.whosmalikx.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”), and to protect the rights and interests of users.

The Website is a personal, non-commercial website. It has no user accounts, registration, comments, purchases, or forms, and it does not ask users for any personal information.

This Policy is linked from every page of the Website through the “Privacy Policy” link so that users can easily view it.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Information)

The Website itself does not collect personal information through ordinary browsing. Limited technical information is processed only by the infrastructure providers listed in Article 4 for the following purposes:

  • Delivery of the pages and files requested by users
  • Maintenance of the performance and availability of the Website
  • Security of the Website, including the detection and prevention of abuse and attacks

Network requests are made as part of user-initiated activity, such as accessing pages, loading content, and navigating between the Website and its subdomains. The Website does not perform background tracking of individual users.

Article 2 (Items of Information Processed)

The Operator does not collect personal information such as names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, or account details through the Website.

The following information may be generated automatically when a user accesses the Website and processed by the infrastructure providers as part of their standard operation:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested address or file
  • Browser and device type (user agent)
  • Referring page, where provided by the browser

Some of this technical information, including IP addresses, may constitute personal information under applicable law.

The Website does not use independent analytics services, visitor-tracking tools, or advertising measurement technologies. To the extent analytics are provided by the infrastructure providers, the Operator uses only aggregated and anonymized statistics, such as page-view counts. Analytics are not used by the Operator to identify or track individual users.

If a user voluntarily contacts the Operator by e-mail, the Operator may receive the sender's e-mail address, message, and any information the sender chooses to include. Such correspondence is used only to address the inquiry.

Article 3 (Retention and Destruction of Information)

The Operator does not keep server-side records of personal information collected through visits to the Website and therefore holds no such visitor information to retain or destroy.

Technical information processed by the infrastructure providers is retained and deleted under each provider's own policy and applicable retention practices.

E-mail correspondence voluntarily sent to the Operator may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry or comply with applicable legal obligations, and may be deleted when no longer needed.

Article 4 (Infrastructure Providers)

The Website is delivered through the following third-party providers. These providers may process the information in Article 2 as part of their services, and such processing is governed by each provider's own privacy policy.

Cloudflare, Inc.

  • Services: hosting, content delivery, domain name (DNS) service, and security protection for the Website
  • Privacy policy: Cloudflare Privacy Policy

GitHub, Inc.

  • Services: storage and deployment of the Website's source code. Users' visits to the Website are not sent to GitHub.
  • Privacy policy: GitHub Privacy Statement

Apart from the above, the Website uses no advertising networks, separate analytics services, payment processors, social media plug-ins, or other third-party services for visitor tracking. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from the Website itself.

Article 5 (Provision of Information to Third Parties)

The Operator does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information processed by the infrastructure providers may be disclosed by those providers where required by law, such as a lawful request from an investigative agency, under each provider's own policy.

E-mail correspondence voluntarily sent to the Operator is handled through the Operator's e-mail service provider and may be processed in accordance with that provider's privacy policy.

Article 6 (Information Stored on Users' Devices)

The Website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

The Website stores only the user's theme preference (light or dark) in the browser's local storage, so that the chosen theme is kept between visits. This value remains on the user's device, is never sent to the Operator, and contains no personal information.

Browsers may store temporary cached copies of pages, images, and other Website files as part of normal operation. Such cached data is managed by the user's browser.

Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Website against malicious traffic. Such cookies are governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Users may delete or block stored data and cookies at any time through their browser settings. The Website remains usable without local theme storage, but the chosen theme will not be remembered. Blocking certain security-related cookies may affect access to the Website.

Article 7 (Rights of Users and How to Exercise Them)

Users may at any time ask the Operator to view, correct, delete, or stop the processing of their personal information, subject to applicable law.

Because the Operator does not collect personal information through the Website, such requests usually concern no information held by the Operator. Requests concerning information processed by an infrastructure provider should be made to that provider under its privacy policy.

Requests and inquiries may be made by e-mail at [email protected] or through the contact channels listed on the main page of the Website (whosmalikx.com). The Operator will respond without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

Article 8 (Children)

The Website is not directed at children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Article 9 (Measures to Ensure Security)

The Operator implements the following measures to help ensure the security of the Website:

  • All connections to the Website are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
  • The Website is protected against attacks and abuse by Cloudflare's security services.
  • Administrative tools of the Website are restricted to the Operator and protected by access control.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Article 10 (Linked Sites)

This Policy does not apply to external sites linked from the Website, such as official announcements, video platforms, or social media. When visiting such sites, please check their own privacy policies.

Article 11 (Duty of Notification)

This Policy may change due to changes in applicable laws, the services used, or the Operator's practices. Any change will be published on this page, and the date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Addendum

This Policy takes effect on October 18, 2026.
